Offline / Remote: you and your colleagues bring your laptops and together we learn how to apply sales and negotiation strategies in recruitment and hiring processes.

  • The workshop can take place remote or offline at your office, @My HR Lab or in any other place of your choosing.

  • To identify the key selling points that we can use at each stage of the recruitment process;
  • Generations: behavioural types, learning styles, motivations and how we take them into account when we promote the role, present the company and negotiate job offers;
  • To build the candidate’s persona in order to personalise the sales strategy and the candidate’s experience;
  • To apply sales and negotiation strategies & techniques while interacting with the candidate throughout the recruitment process: first call, interview, job-offer and negotiation;
  • How to generate selling perspectives and creative ideas starting from the obstacles we face.
