Since 2015 we've been changing the way HR specialists, managers and all persons involved in human resources processes learn. @My HR Lab you will not find PowerPoint slides or paper manuals, because we apply the "learn by doing" method. Every workshop or consultancy session is carried out using laptops. The participants develop strategies and work in real time to solve the cases that they encounter. In the end, they have the materials in digital format, ready to be used.
