My expectations related to the Talent Search IT workshop have been met. I wanted to learn something and I can definitely say "mission accomplished". The WOW moments of this learning session where the different hacks, the x-raing, the motivation to do research and the exercises, which were very good.

As usual, I like the interaction during the workshops and the way things are presented - very interactive, easy sliding from one topic to another, without feeling that something specific must be checked, very flexible and to the point. I recommend the Employer Branding workshop because, in addition to finding new tools and many suggestions applicable to one’s needs, all the things mentioned throughout the learning session can generate new ideas that we can use in our daily work.

My HR Lab is always a pleasant surprise. Another successful workshop experience - Creative Onboarding Plan. Information is presented interactively, organized and relaxed, with lots of examples, so it’s easy to assimilate. New knowledge that I cannot wait to use!

Mostly, related to the “Recruiter's Personal Brand” workshop, I think that the main idea for me was to actively recruit in a more creative way. I am referring to messages and how we managed to structure them. At the same time, I also found the approach from the “Sales Techniques” workshop interesting, especially the part related to the position I often had towards the candidate. I already apply the suggestions received throughout this learning session - after the first offer, it works :).

Beatrice is a highly qualified trainer and she is passionate about everything she does. I attended one of her workshops and I was impressed by her approach and the utility of the training. After this experience, half of my team members attended My HR Lab’s workshop :)

A detailed presentation that had my attention from one end to the other. Very good exercises, they took me out of my comfort zone at first, but in a pleasant way ... you end up wanting to practice and find out more. I recommend the Interviewing Techniques workshop because it has an “out of the box” approach, is very practical and you have the possibility of applying all the acquired knowledge right away. In addition, a trainer that keeps you engaged is to be appreciated :).

A different kind of one-on-one training. Being the only participant definitely helped, because I got all the attention of the trainer. It's nice that everything was practical, with useful exercises and specific discussions about my cases. At My HR Lab you can find quick solutions for your headhunting and HR problems. What I liked the most about this learning experience was the role-playing games, the suggestions for assessing candidates’ potential and how to discover competency-based skills. I recommend the Interviewing Techniques workshop because it is an opportunity to develop interviewing concepts and methods.

Talent Search IT - a truly extraordinary workshop. The trainer - Florian, is very passionate about everything he does and I have learned many new things that will be useful to me in the future. Keep on the good work :)!

I liked the role play part of the Interviewing Techniques workshop the most because it helped me understand the errors I make. Each topic discussed had its own uniqueness and I would recommend the training to other people, because it represents the foundation of recruitment.
