We learn together:

• What does Agile mean and how to adopt an agile mindset (values & principles) in our HR departments and processes;
• To integrate Agile roles in the HR teams;
• To apply at the organisational level Agile techniques and tools according to the HR strategies;
• To prioritise and estimate the actions we have to take throughout the development of HR processes/ strategies;
• Notions, terms and concepts used in Agile methodology that help us transform strategies;
• To measure and continuously improve the way we work in a team, following the Agile principles;
• About Scrum and Kanban methods: how they work and how to use them.

✔  At the end of the workshop you will have a clear understanding of how you can apply Agile methodologies when developing HR strategies and processes .

At the end of the lab you keep the workshop materials in electronic format and you will have:

• A dictionary of terms used in Agile;
• A list of roles considered agile and their definition (what skills they must have);
• A list of “DO’s” and “DON’Ts” in applying the Agile methodology;
• The description of the most popular Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban;
• Digital platforms and tools to help us efficiently organise;
• A set of resources and materials to use after the workshop.

This interactive workshop of a maximum of 2 days is dedicated to specialists and managers in HR and everyone else involved in optimising HR processes within the organisation.
