  • Brand ambassador: defining the role and actions, advantages and benefits at personal and professional level;
  • LinkedIn profile: how to build a profile that attracts and represents us and promotes the company & employer image;
  • Important settings on LinkedIn to be visible, to be able to post and to have a good reach;
  • Analytics and market intelligence: who is my audience and how to create content that increases engagement;
  • Post types: how we effectively mix formats and graphic elements (text, picture, video, gif, meme, links, hashtags, tags, emojis, bold, italic.) to create efficient posts and attract the audience;
  • When to publish content: the days & hours when our content achieves the most impact;
  • DO’s & DON’Ts when using social media: respecting social media norms, how to ensure diversity and inclusion, and how to avoid errors – bias – stereotypes in our personal profiles and when we post.
