AI FOUNDATIONS FOR HR

• AI Fundamentals & History: the evolution of AI-based technologies and how it is used in HR;
• How to use AI in HR effectively: what types of repetitive tasks can we optimize with AI tools;
• How to write prompts correctly to get the best responses and results from generative AI: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, etc.;
• Types of content (text, photo, video, PPT presentations) that we can generate with different generative AI tools;
• How to use AI tools to generate creative ideas, statistics, and reports for different HR activities such as talent acquisition, learning and development, candidate experience, performance management, etc.
• Additional AI resources that enhance our creativity and reduce our administrative workload;
• Ethical Considerations & Best Practices for using AI responsibly: Do’s and Don’ts when using AI tools.

We work in real time on strategies to optimize HR activities using generative AI actively.

Offline / Online: you and your colleagues will use your laptops to discover how to actively engage artificial intelligence in HR tasks, enhancing creativity and automating your workflows.
