Workshop agenda

Bring your laptop and you will learn how to develop and deliver a creative onboarding plan.

We learn together:

  • The importance of the onboarding process for the employee retention;
  • Onboarding system types and how we sketch an integration plan based on the organizational culture;
  • The role of HR, of the direct manager and of the team in integrating new employees;
  • Onboarding as a creative process and how we design the new employee experience so that we achieve engagement from the beginning;
  • At organizational level: which are the most important things the new employee has to know about the organization and how can we help her during the learning process;
  • At team level: what the new employee has to know about the team she will work with and how can we help her integrate quickly;
  • At individual level: which are the key things the new employee has to know about her role in the organization and how to help her adapt to the new responsibilities;
  • What tools we use in the onboarding process: online solutions vs offline solutions;
  • Technology vs human approach;
  • Gamification in the integration process.
