  • Candidate experience: how to create a pleasant atmosphere during remote interviews and how to position ourselves in relation to the candidate;
  • Recruitment methods, practices & tools adjusted to the online environment;
  • Generations: behavioural types, learning styles, motivations and how we take them into account during the recruitment process;
  • Critical thinking and biases: labels, evaluation errors and how to avoid them;
  • How to use the STAR interviewing technique and various types of questions (open, closed, hypothetical, situational, behavioural) to evaluate the required skills;
  • How to handle unexpected situations and typologies of difficult candidates (emotional / talkative / evasive / aggressive).
