Workshop Agenda

We design it together with you. The duration of the workshop varies, depending on the topics chosen.

We learn together:

  • Generations: behavioural types, learning styles, motivations and how we take them into account during the recruitment process;
  • Critical thinking and biases: labels, evaluation errors and how to avoid them;
  • Recruitment methods and tools adapted to the position’s level of experience;
  • Candidate experience: how to create a pleasant atmosphere during an interview and how to position ourselves in relation to the candidate;
  • How to choose the behavioural / soft skills competencies and how to evaluate them in the interview;
  • How to use the STAR interviewing technique and various types of questions (open, closed, hypothetical, situational, behavioural) throughout the interview;
  • To evaluate the candidate’s motivation, values and fit in the organisational culture;
  • How to manage difficult candidates typologies (emotional / talkative / evasive / aggressive);
  • To sell the company’s image and job benefits to candidates.


 Throughout this workshop, we work on the roles you and your colleagues are recruiting for.


At the end of the lab, you keep the workshop materials in electronic format and you will have:

  • The interviewing strategy for the roles you are recruiting for;
  • A guide on how to prepare for an interview, which can be applied later for other positions too;
  • DO’s & DON’Ts in building the candidate’s experience during the interview;
  • A soft skills dictionary;
  • A set of competency-based questions relevant for the roles you are recruiting for;
  • An interviewing technique that helps you evaluate the candidate’s skills and behavior;
  • Methods of relating with different types of candidates (emotional / talkative / evasive / aggressive);
  • A candidate evaluation form.
